1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

To use club99's services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
- Be a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your place of residence
- Not be located in any jurisdiction that prohibits participation in betting or online gaming activities
- Register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information
Club99 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Accounts that cannot be verified may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is completed.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation & Management
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the club99 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. This information is used for identity verification and account-related communications.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. club99 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
3. Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the club99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies directly.
Accepted Deposit Methods
- Touch 'n Go (TNG) eWallet
- FPX Internet Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and other major banks)
- Manual bank transfer to designated account
Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes for electronic methods. Manual bank transfers may take longer depending on the bank's processing time.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed
- Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name
- Withdrawal processing time depends on the chosen method and internal verification process
- Club99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving a withdrawal
You agree not to use any payment method that does not belong to you. Any attempt to submit fraudulent or unauthorised payments will result in immediate account closure and further action in accordance with applicable law.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Prohibited Conduct
Users of the club99 platform are prohibited from doing the following:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities
- Creating multiple accounts or using a false identity
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to the public
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice, along with forfeiture of all balances in the account.
Club99 Liability Limits
Club99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses caused by technical disruptions, system errors, or internet connection failures.
The platform is provided "as is" and club99 does not guarantee that the service will always be free from errors or interruptions. We will make every effort to minimise any service disruptions.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
Club99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse, or breach of terms, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Members may close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance in the account will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software on the club99 platform are the exclusive property of club99 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written permission from club99.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Club99 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the platform operates.
